Fabrication and mechanical properties of large-scale SiC impeller via vacuum gelcasting and pressureless sintering

Impeller is the key part of centrifugal pump to convey liquid. And combined with the engineering practice, we fabricated two types of open and semi-open SiC ceramic impellers with diameter of 100 mm and 160 mm via gelcasting and pressureless sintering. B4C and C were used as the sintering additives and sprayed drying granulation method was adopted for the starting SiC powder processing. Given the size and shape complexity of impeller, the optimized pH value, dispersant content, and solid-loading content for the fabrication of the SiC impellers were determined to be 10-11, 0.8 wt%, and 40 vol%, respectively. For the open impeller, blade height, cover board thickness, drying shrinkage, and sintering shrinkage are 10.5 mm, 4 mm, 10.3%, and 21.3%, respectively. For the semi-open ones, the corresponding parameters are 41 mm, 10 mm, 10.3%, and 21.3%, respectively. The average density of the two types of impellers is 3.15 g/cm3, and the mechanical properties of both impellers, including average hardness, flexural strength, compressive strength, and fracture toughness are 2478 HV, 436 MPa, 2093 MPa, and 3.17 MPa·m1/2, respectively. All variation coefficient values are smaller than 5%, which indicates a good uniformity in densities and mechanical properties of both the impellers.     

退火温度对0Cr25Al5热轧态盘条钢组织及性能的影响

采用显微组织分析和分子动力学模拟等方法研究了退火温度对0Cr25Al5热轧态盘条钢组织及性能的影响。结果发现,晶粒尺寸随温度的升高逐渐增加并趋于稳定,但是断后伸长率和断面收缩率在950 ℃突然大幅度下降。试样组织形貌在800 ℃和950 ℃退火温度下的OM及SEM分析结果未见明显差别。于是使用分子动力学模拟对0Cr25Al5钢三元体系的自由能进行了计算,发现随着B2结构的FeAl或者DO3结构的Fe₃Al有序相尺寸的增大,系统自由能先减小后增大,其最小值随着退火温度的升高向有序相颗粒尺寸减小的方向移动。在1273 K的高温下仍然会保留60 nm左右大小的有序相颗粒。因此,推测0Cr25Al5钢在大于950 ℃的温度范围内韧性下降是由于60 nm左右的B2结构的FeAl或者DO3结构的Fe₃Al有序相造成,与晶粒尺寸无关。因此,针对该钢种应进行低温退火促使基体组织回复以消除缺陷,从而抑制Fe、Al等基体原子的扩散。

Supply chain network design under the risk of uncertain disruptions

Facility disruptions in the supply chain often lead to catastrophic consequences, although they occur rarely. The low frequency and non-repeatability of disruptive events also make it impossible to estimate the disruption probability accurately. Therefore, we construct an uncertain programming model to design the three-echelon supply chain network with the disruption risk, in which disruptions are considered as uncertain events. Under the constraint of satisfying customer demands, the model optimises the selection of retailers with uncertain disruptions and the assignment of customers and retailers, in order to minimise the expected total cost of network design. In addition, we simplify the proposed model by analysing its properties and further linearise the simplified model. A Lagrangian relaxation algorithm for the linearised model and a genetic algorithm for the simplified model are developed to solve medium-scale problems and large-scale problems, respectively. Finally, we illustrate the effectiveness of proposed models and algorithms through several numerical examples.     

海水淡化用空心锥喷嘴喷淋性能理论及实验研究

设计开发一种具有高通量、低流阻特征的空心锥喷嘴,并通过理论与实验方法研究空心锥喷嘴的喷淋性能,基于准自由涡理论建立空心锥喷嘴内部流体流动的数学模型,阐明流量系数、喷淋锥角、喷嘴流量与喷嘴结构参数之间的定量关系,并利用多效蒸馏海水淡化喷淋实验台对理论计算结果进行实验测试和验证。研究结果表明:正常工作状态下喷嘴流量系数、喷淋锥角、喷淋流量等参数理论值与测量值之间的误差小于5%,验证了设计模型的准确性。同时根据实验测试数据,拟合得到该类型空心锥喷嘴喷淋锥角与雷诺数之间的经验公式,可为蒸馏海水淡化用大流量空心锥喷嘴的结构设计、工艺选型提供理论指导和数据支持。     

PEG修饰的镍钴层状双氢氧化物微球抗菌及溶血性能研究

双氧水作为常用的活性氧试剂广泛应用于清洗创面、去除痂皮、清洗带恶臭的创伤。但是由于其具有强烈刺激性,常采用表面涂抹的方式应用,不可注入体内。并且其常用的浓度高于生理水平,会对健康组织有一定毒性,甚至会延迟伤口愈合。为了解决这个问题,设计了一种利用聚乙二醇修饰的生物相容性好的镍钴层状双氢氧化物微球PEG-Ni/Co-LDHs,使得其具有较高的抑菌效果,同时能减少双氧水的用量。采用一步沉淀法合成了PEG-Ni/Co-LDHs,使用SEM、TEM、XRD等方法对PEG-Ni/Co-LDHs的结构进行表征,结果显示该材料的分散性能好,粒径约为470 nm,微球呈花状结构,由薄层似花瓣结构层层组装而成。PEG-Ni/Co-LDHs具有过氧化物酶的活性,这使得在双氧水的作用下能有效产生羟基自由基,高效抑制革兰氏阴性菌(大肠杆菌)和革兰氏阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)增殖,高浓度时与双氧水联合作用,细菌成活率分别为32%和19%。采集大鼠血细胞对纳米材料PEG-Ni/Co-LDHs进行溶血性能研究,发现在高浓度时,其溶血率低于12%,未出现明显的溶血作用,具有很好的生物相容性。研究结果表明,PEG-Ni/Co-LDHs具有高抗菌活性和低溶血毒性的特点,为其今后作为抗菌剂在生物体内应用奠定了研究基础。     

两相流测量技术研究

两相流测量技术对理解与预测流体动力学、过程操作与控制、分析与优化流体控制装置等都有重大意义.本文根据在测量过程中是否对流体产生干扰将其分为干扰式和非干扰式测量技术,并从两个方面综述了现有的技术手段和工作原理,总结了各类测量技术的可测量参数类型、应用限制、时间和空间分辨率等.此外,本文还分析了两相流测量的难点与未来发展方向,旨在为复杂工业过程中的过程参数检测提供一定的参考和指引.     

SiO2对邯郸球团矿抗压强度的影响

抗压强度是球团矿的重要指标,直接影响高炉内炉况顺行及生产指标。改变球团矿的化学成份,球团矿微观结构也将受到影响,矿物结构发生改变,对球团矿的抗压强度也有不同的影响。本试验采用邯钢生产现场所用的邯邢精粉、安徽精粉、沙河精粉、燕山矿粉等五种矿粉进行造球,利用偏光显微镜等检测手段对不同矿粉的球团矿的抗压强度进行研究。从试验结果分析得出:SiO_2含量在3%时抗压强度最强,在7%时抗压强度最差。     

Gel Polymer Electrolyte with Anion‐Trapping Boron Moieties via One‐Step Synthesis for Symmetrical Supercapacitors

A novel gel polymer electrolyte (GPE) which is based on new synthesized boron‐containing monomer, benzyl methacrylate, 1 m LiClO₄/N,N‐dimethylformamidel liquid electrolyte solution is prepared through a one‐step synthesis method. The boron‐containing GPE (B‐GPE) not only displays excellent mechanical behavior, favorable thermal stability, but also exhibits an outstanding ionic conductivity of 2.33 mS cm^?1 at room temperature owing to the presence of anion‐trapping boron sites. The lithium ion transference in this gel polymer film at ambient temperature is 0.60. Furthermore, the symmetrical supercapacitor which is fabricated with B‐GPE as electrolyte and reduced graphene oxide as electrode demonstrates a broad potential window of 2.3 V. The specific capacitance of symmetrical B‐GPE supercapacitors retains 90% after 3000 charge–discharge cycles at current density of 1 A g^?1.
